    "So my car was picked up 2 weeks ago I've been calling for almost 2 weeks and keep getting told the guy to let me in the lot would call me and set up an appointment it finally took me threatening legal action for this guy to call me he would not give me the adrees said text or call him when I was on my way and he would give it to me since then I've been calling and texting him with no answer back I guess I will be contacting the ohio attorney general on this after all"
