            On May 24, 2021 I put a deposit down with this company for$2,000 for a downspout redo/yard drainage repair at my home. At the time of quote, the gentleman who walked the property with me explained that we would need to excavate and then determine if the entire yard would need re-drained. As I understood it, I would be informed prior to filling all the dirt in so that I could make a determination on future work. When I arrived home from work on July 16, the project had already been completed and top soil was being placed over the excavated area. I was never told what work had been completed, or what the drainage issues were, or how bad the rest of the drain is. As of today my yard is ruined, topsoil has washed away, and I can see the drain pipe visibly because topsoil was not done correctly. My yard is a mess. I tried contacting the company 2x via phone on July 30 to get an answer, but nobody returned my call. I emailed with no response. I did get a final bill in the mail.
