              I brought my dog in for grooming, a small black toy poodle, and they completely butchered his hair. He had two patches that were literally bald, as in you could see his skin bald. They even knicked him, and he was bleeding! I was in such shock that I paid the $40 and left, desperate to get him home since he was shaking and scared from the experience. I took videos and photos and tried calling to explain how unhappy I was, but Sue decided it was a better business practice to insinuate I was lying (even though it was only 2 days since the date of service) and she refused to offer additional assistance. Absolutely terrible service and equally terrible customer service.

              Went in to purchase a cat. They told me this cat was extremley friendly towards dogs, other cats and people. This cat was a savannah maine coone mix. It was extremly unfriendly. Attacked us and our dog multiple times. When we told the company this isnt the cat for us and we want our money back, they only laughed at us. They said they have been doing this for 20 years and they dont need a written return policy. Their return policy isnt written down and its not even disclosed to you after spending $500 on a cat. The manager refused to give the full money back (even with receipt) unless we accepted an in store gift card. I would never go back again because i cant trust them. Im glad it happened to me and not someone more mean. I just wanted them to take the cat back. In short they need an actual return policy and a more informed staff. If you say a cat is good around dogs then it needs to be true
