              A $700 charge was placed on my **** account without authorization. I was not the name on the contract but the business allowed the party receiving the service to bill my credit card without authorization from me. The person who said to use my credit card does not have authorization on my card. All scheduling of services and reception of content was not made by me. The business refuses to work with me to correct the situation. I have a dispute filed with my **** company currently. Very bad business practices... yelling and hanging up on me. Horrible costumer service.

              I used 2 men and a truck. They damaged our wooden file cabinet. It was irreparable. We had paid for insurance. The manager told us if we gave them a 5 star review they would cover the damage otherwise... get lost! Yes, that right. Get lost or give us a good rating. It looked like they had one experienced team lead and two day laborers from the homeless shelter. It was a disaster. They didnt bring their own tools amd had to borrow my power screwdriver to disassemble the beds etc.. Very unhappy.
