    This is a GREAT Christian network as long as you don’t have any medical expenses. I had an accident on vacation and even though we pay over $6k/year the amount of coverage Liberty provides is an absolute joke. After almost 10 years we finally cancelled out because we are tired of their games. IDK if there was a turnover in C-level management but the “benefits” of being with them decreased with each passing year. If you have a hospital bill they will avoid paying and you’ll be sent into collections. I can’t recommend Liberty anymore, althought I used to sing their praises all the time.

    We’re
    sorry to hear about Ms. ****’s frustration and value her many years as a
    Liberty HealthShare member. With regard to the medical bill in question,
    Liberty HealthShare facilitated the sharing of an amount we determined to be
    fair and reasonable based on charges for her area. The provider refused to
    accept this amount and further refused to negotiate a resolution. The subject
    medical expense was then forwarded to a second medical bill repricing vendor
    which reviewed the billed charges of the expense and determined that the fair
    and reasonable amount Liberty HealthShare’s Sharing Members initially shared
    was consistent with industry rates. The expense was reprocessed and shared to
    the Member. At that time, the Member was advised to remit the sharing funds and
    her Co-Share amount to the provider.



    Since
    learning of the balance billing, we’ve reached out multiple times to obtain the
    bill or authorization to work directly with her provider so we can help resolve
    the matter.



    We
    remain committed to assisting Ms. **** within our Sharing Guidelines and
    encourage her to contact us so we can work toward a resolution.

    Our family has been with Liberty for nearly 10 years and appreciate all the friendly support they provide to their members. We always get a real person and they always take time to walk us thru steps to submitting claims, finding providers, etc.

    I am a long-time member, and Liberty has been the best available option for regular Insurance. Recently, I had several questions about bills submitted by providers, and Joshua was helpful, answering all my questions.

    Liberty has been a life saver for me. Affordable option for health insurance. I had quadruple bypass surgery in 2017 and they covered my medical expenses. In august last year I suffered multiple strokes and was in hospital for three weeks. Again my expenses were covered. No, it’s not always easy but no insurance is.
