            In July and August 2022, BBB received a complaint and scam tracker report on Koster Moisture Tester, Inc. The consumers allege they did not receive the product they ordered from the business, although they were charged immediately. They both stated the company did not respond to their phone calls or emails to discuss the matter. The company did not respond to the BBB complaint.

            It has been noted, when consumers leave a customer review on the company Facebook page, the company has responded to some of the reviews and a few have noted the product was then received.

            I recently attempted to purchase a piece of equipment from Koster. I paid using the company credit card. I then tried to get in touch with Koster to find out if they had any idea when they might be shipping the item. I tried their phone number (330-220-2116) and could get nobody to answer the phone. EVER. I left several voice messages and have never received a call back. I attempted to email them with the email they provided ********************* and all email came back with an invalid email address. There is no way possible to get in touch with them, so I have no idea if they are a legitimate company. My advice is NEVER use this company! They obviously have NO customer service department - if they are actually a company!

            I think this company is a scam? They only allow you to place orders on their website. No one answers the phone or responds to emails. They were actually recommended by another vendor of ours so we assumed they were legitimate. We ordered on their website and they charged our credit card immediately. This was about 4 months ago and we still don't have our order. You can't leave a message because the voicemail is full. There seems to be no way to get in contact with them? I called a neighboring business to their Canton location and they are not aware of anyone being at that location - I'm not sure it is even an actual physical location for them? Take a look at the Facebook reviews - there are a few others saying the same thing. Only giving them a 1 because I have to - I wanted to leave it at zero!
