    Patio and steps ---- Job started 8/1/23, 8/3/23 had to remove a section as a door could only be opened 3" onto patio and also found a horseshoe crack in the berm of the patio. Finished patio on 8/4. On 8/5 we found concrete waste underneath our burning bush covered up with leaves and against the neighbors wood fence - size of area is approximately 4'x3'. Husband attempted to remove it but was to much after he started to dig it out and we had no place to dispose of the mess. Pictures were taken.
    Called owner immediately left message to remove said waste as per his contract. Sent the pictures, he then sent text stating someone would be there on 8/7 around 2pm -Since it rained on Monday, assumed he would be here on Tues. We have called every day since and left messages with no response. Disrespecting us and our property is not acceptable - have found that his company does this. We are Senior Citizens. Paid $3475.

    Elite Concrete took two weeks to return after filing the complaint.  The two workers removed the waste concrete  informing my husband that they normally dig a hole and bury it. They were quite rude the time they were here and grumbling about having to clean up the mess they left on our property which is stated to be done by them .   This would have been a tragedy as we are tilling the yard to reseed and would not have known this is their normal procedure.  I would never recommend this company to anyone --  lack of communication, ignorance of respecting the property of who is paying to have a decent patio and steps. 

    I feel they are not a reliable company.

    July 09, 2022 weekend
    I had a site plan and the design was changed. I was quoted a much larger patio with 2 circles, rounded edges and he only made one, and the end result much smaller for same amount of money. My job was rushed. He had measurements he had taken when he came out to give me an estimate but did not measure anything again once he finally got here to do the job. Even the circle he made is not accurate and you can obviously see its off in proportion. He did not put forms down day prior or anytime prior to the patio being poured. I tried to speak w him - he would not answer his phone. He would only text me back, and at one point told me to forget his phone number. He indicated I agreed to the design which I did not. I have cc of my site plan to prove he did not give me the design nor did he give me the amount of concrete I paid for. I was not home during the entire job. I also have a portion of the sidewalk along side my garage that is breaking apart in 3 areas.
    He needs to do the right thing, make one of 2 choices refund $18,500., replacement of patio as quoted re the size and the amount or I plan on seeking further action.
