              I went to look at a property during an open house. I was advised that I would need to fill out an application. I have good credit and I make a lot of money. They needed me to pay for a background check. I had one that i have already previously paid for as well as a credit report printed out. They insisted I had to pay for it through them. I filled out the application they proceeded to ask me for all my personal information while simultaneously renting the property out to someone else. They were still asking for my information and making me pay for services I no longer needed. They have no other properties for us to look at, claimed this one didn't make the website yet. I feel that I have been taken advantage of. I asked for my money back, I was denied. Then I asked for a copy of the information that I paid for. I was then denied my personal information that I paid for. I want my money back, or I want this information that I paid for. I feel scammed. I want it fixed.

              1 star is far too many. We looked at a couple of houses of theirs and settled on one. It was clearly a work in progress. 3 or 4 weeks later, we were told to meet them at their office to do the necessary paperwork. We then went to the house to discover that it was STILL a work in progress, but we were just told that is was completely remodeled. 277 pictures say differently. When I requested that some of the things wrong with the house be addressed, our rent was raised. When I re-requested that these same things be addressed, they filed an eviction against us.
