            March 10, 2023. BBB received notification from the law firm representing Federated Mint stating the company has ceased daily operations and is no longer in business. The company suggests consumers owed a refund to contact their credit card company to dispute the charges. This will be the quickest way for consumers to receive a refund. Federated Mint has been in contact with its credit card processor, and the chargeback will not be disputed.

              Paid advertisement in the *** Times newspaper by federated mint company. Placed an order for gold on 11/22/22. Never received an email confirmation. Reached out & an Emily stated via email my order was in their system & was due to ship in 90 days. Did not receive item & there has been no reciprocal communication since. Sent emails inquiring on the status of the gold and no response. This company has little to no customer service & appears to be a scam. :( We spent hard earned money on something we never received with no explanation as to why. Do not recommend this company. Thought it being advertised in our regional newspaper that it was legit. They have yet to show that they are.

              Hi My Name ** and my story about this company's scam Federated Mint are nothing more than scammers. I order coins from them that advertised, in the NY Post. I called them some months later. They told me my order was push to another date. this went on for several months. Then I ask for a refund they said 20 working days tell I would receive my money back. This went on for a few months and I left messages. They claim on their recorder that I would be called back. So, to these days no return calls from any of them. I find myself out $1,180. on the Vault bags that I order. An now when I call their number, I get disconnected on all line that I call. They just ran a add in the post for half dollars in New York state. Like to know who I can make a complaint to get back my moneys back,
