Hi My Name ** and my story about this company's scam Federated Mint are nothing more than scammers. I order coins from them that advertised, in the NY Post. I called them some months later. They told me my order was push to another date. this went on for several months. Then I ask for a refund they said 20 working days tell I would receive my money back. This went on for a few months and I left messages. They claim on their recorder that I would be called back. So, to these days no return calls from any of them. I find myself out $1,180. on the Vault bags that I order. An now when I call their number, I get disconnected on all line that I call. They just ran a add in the post for half dollars in New York state. Like to know who I can make a complaint to get back my moneys back,Review from Robert D

I ordered coins from them in April, 2022, I have spoken with them six times for delivery dates, they give me an excuse each time. The last time they even offered a partial rebate in addition to the coins, but to date nothing has arrived. Today I tried to call but I was disconnected at least three times. I placed an order on April 20, 2022 and paid $980 for a 3# bag of coins. I was promised 5 different delivery dates so on Dec. 6, 2022 I was promised a 10% refund and still was to get my order. On Jan. 27, 2023 I still had not got my 10% refund so I then advised them to cancel my order. I was then promised a full $980.00 refund within 14 to 21 days. Now it is March 4, 2023 and still nothing. To make it all worse this company placed another newspaper advertising the same product when they hadn't filled orders from the April ad. IN MY OPINION THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD.Review from Paul K

I called and ordered coins Nov 2022 for $500 for a brick of coins. I never recieved these coins and for the next 4 months made multiple calls to customer service with no returned calls or resolve. Total scam. Wish I had never seen this add in our local paper.Review from Jane B.

I really didn’t want to give this business any stars. I paid them $900 for my order in August 31, 2022 and have NOT received it! I am unable to connect with anyone at this business. I have called two different customer service numbers many times and no one answers. I want a refund but don’t know how to get it. I learned about the coins in the New Orleans newspaper and I feel they should be held accountable in some way, too! This is not how you run a business and shame on them for taking our money wrongly!!! Please help!Review from harvey l

paid $699.00 with my visa card on instant rebate claim form ****** made 6 phone calls no answer no resolve 6 day busy signal , very disappointed. Not good customer service for this amount of money and no product , one call answered sounded like a non professional person said no e-mails feb20th I would receive the roll ... Absolute joke. My order ******** for a 3 pound bag of silver coins was placed on 2/3/22. After 10 or more complaints I finally received a 3 pound bag of crap coins. Over 2/3 of the bag was Wheat pennies. I spoke to a John in Customer Service and he told me to send the coins back for my refund of $980.00. I followed the return policy and sent the package back via Fed Ex with a signature required. The package kept getting delayed. I thought is was due to the train wreck in East Palestine, but no it was due to Federated Mint moving it's location from 2112 Lincoln Way W, Massillon OH 44467. I have tried calling John (CSR) at ***** ***.... least 6 times over the last 3 days and left messages to call me with a correct address or email info. Now his line is no longer in service. I ordered coins 07/08/22 never received called numerous times and was given and promised they would be delivered in couple weeks from call after several calls requested a refund and again after not receiving continued calling still have not received and now all calls are sent to a recording with a promise to get a call back NEVER HAPPENED so now its been to long to dispute the charge of $ 2940.00...THIS IS A SCAM THAT CONTINUES RUNNING ADS IN OUR LOCAL PAPER.. so continuing to rip people off they should be prosecuted to the fullest this SCAM...Review from Ann L.

Ordered the Last Walking Liberty Rolls -AZ on 2/9/22. After numerous delays saying they'll be shipped I asked for a refund. This is now over a year since I ordered and I have yet to see a refund of $1053.00. Their customer service knows nothing and they always transfer me to tier 2, yet tier 2 I always have to leave a message they never return my calls. This company is deceiving watch out people, I'm not holding my breath for a refund. Next step will to get my attorney involved in this scandal.Review from David L

The organization allows return, exchanges, and refunds, but they don't provide the details where to contact their customer service except for an email address where NO ONE replies!!!
