Good Morning, I am composing this email to inform you that I had purchased fake shoes without my knowledge of them being fake. I bid on 1996 Air Jordan shoes in original box 2 pairs size 11 mens at the auction listed ******* Auction Center Online - 19211 - Bob ****** Antiques - Collectibles - Coins - Silver - Jewelry - & More. They are listed as original. The definition of original is : created directly and personally by a particular artist; not a copy or imitation. I tried to contact Kiko Auctions @ Bob ***** directly, but he blatantly fought back my concern by stating that I had waited to long to bring up this concern with him, and it is easier for me to take the hit, then for him to refund me, because the money has already been deposited and moved. He said if I found this out a week after my purchase he could have helped me, but now there is nothing he can do. This is a completely ignorant statement, because why would I assume I would have to get these authenticated immediately after purchase, when they state they are real? The only reason that I found out that these shoes were fakes, was because I wanted to expand my collection and sell them to buy something different. I tried to sell these on ****, and actually completed a sale on them. The sale was eventually cancelled by ****, after the shoes failed the authentication process. I then reached out to the Kiko Office. The secretary stated that she passed my information to someone who would be contacting me regarding the issue (This person was also Bob *****) who inevitably, never called me back. I ask for your help in this situation. All I want is a refund for this purchase and to warn others of this issue when buying through this auction house. I have several documents from the authentication service stating that these items are indeed, not authentic. Thank You and I look forward to hearing from you on this matter.
