      I placed an order online with Papa John's on 10/16/2025. On 10/17/2025 I called the store I ordered from and Jasmine answered. I asked to speak with the general manager at which time Jasmine said she was not in. Jasmine asked if there was anything she could do and I explained that my Papadia had what seemed to be a piece of plastic in it. Jasmine said the manager would be in the following day and she would leave her a note to call me. I also provided feedback to Papa John's online through the email that is sent out by SMG. After submitting my feedback, I received an email from an area supervisor who advised I should contact the store directly. I replied to the email stating that I had already contacted the store and had not received a call back. I believe enough time has gone by that if someone was going to call me back, or reply to my email, they would have done so by now. I do not believe I have lacked patience in allowing enough time for a response. I am disappointed by the lack of responsiveness of Papa John's and would ask that my entire order be replaced.
