Horrible transaction, terrible container. Piece of junk. Sent the container to me full of mud, ceilings and all walls. Looks like they pulled it out if a lake. Both sides were bulged out, 3 HUGE DENTS in the roof, so bad you cannot put anything on top of it. Doors will not close. Sent photos and videos to container one and they were in Denial about the condition of this container. Wanted a disabled veteran to pressure wash the mud out from the walls and ceiling and wanted me to grind down the door mechanism so I could get the doors closed. Driver refused to take it back. It's been almost a month and the container still sits on my property unusable. Paying for storage of the items I was suppose to put into the container, costing me hundreds of dollars. Talked to several people from. Container One and all the kept telling me was I was wrong about the condition of this container and do not care that the container is in such horrible shape. All they keep saying is that it is wind and water tight. Well no it IS NOT. how can it be if we cannot even close the doors. Tried several times to have the company do something to make it right and has been falling on deaf ears and denial. We are a returning customer and this is how they treat you. I told our sales rep **** that I am a disabled veteran and I need the doors to open fairly easy. Two men could not close the doors. They insist that what I am telling them about the condition of this container is a LIE. ****** even told me that the mud I am seeing all over the inside of the container is not dried on mud. He would never know the condition of the container as he never seen it before it was delivered. They continue to ignore my photos and videos as proof the container is unusable for us. So here we are a month after delivery and the piece of junk just sits here unable to be used.

We have been trying to assist you. I have sent photos of the door open and shut before the container was delivered to customer proving the doors work and that the container just needs adjusted to the ground it is sitting on by raising a corner up on the container to level out the doors and they will work as intended, The fact that there are dents in the container is normal for a WWT containers. We highly recommend getting 1trip containers if you are worried about doors being hard to use, however they are more costly, but you chose to buy WWT our lowest grade of containers. There are no holes in container, floors are intact, and doors will work when container is leveled.
 Yes I do agree that at fist glance by picture it did not look like mud splatter. as they are small fine splatter dots of dried muddy water on the ceiling and walls. but happy that is all and not a thick mud coating just a mist of it. We do not sell refurbished freshly cleaned out and painted WWT containers, they are industry used 10plus year old boxes that are no longer fit for shipping. We are willing to work with you and help through the process of leveling unit, we can do an upgrade to higher grade of container, or ***** set up someone to come assist you with leveling as we have offered several times now. 

Very smooth transaction. Container arrived in a timely manner. Communication was on point! Delivery driver was courteous, professional, and skilled at what he does. I bought a "one trip" container, and that's exactly what I got. New paint smell and shiny new floor inside. I couldn't be happier!

I shopped around and the price i got for the higher container couldn't be beat. **************** was great! I was hoping for a quicker delivery, so they put me on their cancellation list. Delivery came early. Driver's communication was fantastic and delivery was smooth. Container looks great and we couldn't be happier!
