    2.  ********* Auto Repair - Repair started on 9-9-25, vehicle pick up in ************** on 9-15-25 once repairs to replace transmission were completed.

    We definitely will dispute this, complaint is invalid. Its false. There is zero truth or fax to back this up.  We do not do transmission services and Never have we do oil changes and thats it what he is claiming is not possible did not happen and he has zero proof

    This Would be like me just going to somebodys business and making a false claim or lie against them with no proof

    Subject: Complaint Against Maxi Mobile Oil Change Service Leading to Transmission Damage

    Dear Better Business Bureau,

    I am submitting a formal complaint regarding services performed by Maxi Mobile at my company location on September 8, 2025. On that date, Maxi Mobile performed oil changes on four of our vehicles, beginning at approximately 6:20 a.m., outside our building. One vehicle was serviced in complete darkness, which I was not aware of at the time. The technician relied only on a headlamp for visibility.

    The following day, while driving our 2016 ****** Tacoma, the transmission drain plug fell out, causing all the transmission fluid to leak and resulting in complete transmission failure. The cost of replacement is $3,729.00.

    We have multiple pieces of evidence supporting our concern:

    Recorded video footage showing the service being performed in the dark.

    Confirmation from our repair shop in ******, which video-recorded the missing drain plug and indicated that in all their years of experience, they had never seen a transmission drain plug simply fall out.Our belief, based on proximity and size of the bolts, that the technician may have mistakenly loosened the transmission drain plug instead of the oil drain plug.We contacted Maxi Mobile, but they have so far declined to offer any resolution.

    We feel strongly that the business should take responsibility, given the unsafe conditions under which the work was performed and the direct damage that *********** this time, we respectfully request the BBBs assistance in reaching a fair resolution with Maxi Mobile.

    We are seeking reimbursement of the transmission repair cost or another mutually acceptable solution.

    The complaint in this instance is not against the business in the ****** area.  That is where we had to have the vehicle repaired. It is against ******** Change, which is in **********************  This should be covered by Columbus BBB.

    MAXI Oil Change does not and never has performed transmission services. The service we provided was an oil change only. The claim that we somehow loosened a transmission drain plug is both impossible and unsupported by any proof.
    For years, weve built our reputation on nothing but 5-star service across thousands of vehicles. On the rare occasion a mistake is made, we take full responsibility and go above and beyond to make it right thats why our record stands where it does.
    In this case, however, there is no evidence, no connection to the work performed, and no reasonable explanation that ties this situation to our service. We remain committed to professionalism, transparency, and standing behind our work 100%.

    This person, ****, has zero proof that MAXI has done what he says, and beyond that, what he is saying is false; it is clear this person is trying to damage our reputation falsely. 

    The most important thing here is that this complaint was made against the wrong business in the first place. We have called and left messages at the BBB and have received anything calls back.
