"BEWARE - THINGS HAVE CHANGED -- We had an emergency with our furnace and they came right out on a Sunday. Upon them diagnosing the problem, they quoted me over 1900 for a service to fix the issue, and also quoted me over 7700 for more future service on the furnace." ... Read full review

"Only 14 days after installation the circuit board fried by touching metal (not placed in position correctly after install) and they stated it was not covered under warranty even though they changed wires in it to install the unit and were the last to tamper with it.
