    On 3/28/22 I hired Nick Orum owner of Orum Construction to lay laminate (woodlike) flooring onto my entire Kitchen Floor and it hasn't been a year yet and, I informed Nick Orum of the flooring coming up in places and holes in the flooring sinking. I've sent pictures to him, called him, texted him all the way back to the date of 1/22/22 up til today, and each time he said he come and repair it, along with bringing extra boxes of flooring for any problems should they arise. My last two phone calls and texts, there was no return response by Nick. My bill was $4,235 along with a clause on the bill stating that they would make my floor even before laying the flooring down. I don't want him back into my house as I don't trust that the work will be done right and professionally. I am requesting 2 boxes of laminate flooring from him and half of my money back so that I can get the repairs done by another company.
