- Advertising Review:
On July 26, 2024, the Better Business Bureau (BBB) requested that the business discontinue the claim, “A+ BBB Rating,” currently advertised on their website. At the time, the official BBB rating was a B- due to one unanswered complaint.
Upon further review of the website, the BBB identified additional advertising concerns that require modification, removal, or substantiation. Specifically, the claim of “100 percent satisfactory services to customers at all times of the day and night” does not comply with the BBB Code of Advertising. According to Section 20.1, any use of terms such as “warranty” or “guarantee” in product advertising must clearly state that complete details of the warranty are available prior to sale, either at their location, on their website, or provided upon request.
Additionally, the BBB of Akron has requested substantiation on claims of being “Fully Licensed and Insured” and being recognized as “Cleveland’s #1 Residential Insurance Reconstruction Experts.” As of August 12, 2024, the business not provided the necessary documentation to support these claims.
