      I have had the CNFA account with ********* for years. Last year I was issued a new card with a ********** symbol & received an email advising its recommendation to be used at a restaurant. I called the customer service number & was told that is a ********** with full benefits & can be used anywhere where ********** was accepted. Over the weekend my card was declined everywhere I attempted to use it. I spoke with customer service several times. The first time I was told that it could only be used at *********. When I advised them that they told me it was a ********** for anywhere I was given to a supervisor. The supervisor then advised that they don't control the decline & said that ********** declined it. I called ********** & they got CNFA on the phone advising them that they DO NOT have access to the account & do not control the declines. This is concerning that a bank does not know this. I have spoken with another Supervisor that said they have no control over the declines, they can't override it & can't explain it either. They can't tell me what is causing it, when it will be fixed or how. All of the customer service is outsourced overseas & they have no control over the cards. I have attempted to call the Corporate Office however, the only number found is disconnected. All other numbers loop back to the same call center overseas. This is all starting to feel fraudulent.

      They would not waive a late fee for a long time customer because there was not 6 months of recent activity. The bill was paid in full for the purchase within 5 days after noticing it was not paid. That's how you treat good long term customers. I wanted to schedule the payment immediately after the purchase, but it too so long to show on the account, that it slipped my mind.
