      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      ******* **** I would like to take this time for your help and cooperation in this matter. We have came to a resolution of 3 months free rent to offset the months that I was not able to use my warehouse due to T***** c*** stating not to use that space. We have came to a financial payout and I would be moving out April 1st of 2025 of $1,500 to offset the cost and expenses I incurred to remove my items in and out the warehouse throughout the nine and a half months of delay of work. I am satisfied with this resolution and willing to move on and move out of the space managed by balanced property solutions. We have received funds in for the financial settlement of disagreement. We have put in writing a financial rent free for 3 months of 2025 starting 1/1 of 2025. At this time no matter has been resolved in the wall has been fixed to the city standards as far as I know. Thank you again ******* **** with budget services LLC.
      n and now they are scheduled again to come back out on December 5th to supposedly do the first phase of the repair but I am responsible for removing my items out again at the cost of my own that is not right this is caused because of your property manager T***** clay not doing her job and the property management company not enforcing her to do her job properly it's costing me money and they still won't rent didn't want to do this but someone needs to know and be held accountable for my inconvenience after 9 months now of dealing with this and it's still going on. They did offer 3 months of rent free but that's not enough. When I'm still occurring expenses to pay people to move items out of the building so they can come in to do work. This is probably my fifth time doing this and I'm tired.
