My ac broke down on a Friday. I looked around at many ac heating contractors and decided on Cincy Heating and Cooling based on positive reviews plus the lack of complaints. Heating/cooling systems can be an expensive repair or replacement and finding a contractor can be daunting. I gave **** a call in the morning and by the afternoon he was at my home evaluating my ac at the time he said he would be there. **** is a true professional, took the time to diagnose the issue and work towards a solution. He explained everything in detail, answered ALL of my many questions with great patience. I knew that my ac system needed to be replaced, **** confirmed that, especially due to its age(21 years). He promptly calculated the proper size replacement and provided a quote. Most contractors would have automatically jumped on the idea of selling me a furnace as well, but **** took his time to look at the condition of my furnace at my suggestion before suggesting replacing it as well. Again, I expected my whole system to need replacement. **** gave me several options and price ranges, along with all info and helped guide me to my choice. By Wednesday, my system was on its way to being replaced! **** and his team were courteous, knowledgeable, on time and thorough. I could not have asked for a better experience with Cincy Heating and Cooling! If you need ac or heating work, dont hesitate to call them!! Best of all the quote was more than fair and there was no hidden charges or surprises!!
