- Additional Info:Mail sent to the Columbus, Ohio address was returned on 10/22/12 as undeliverable, marked "Not Deliverable as Addressed, Unable to Forward". BBB staff contacted the business by phone to obtain a new address and the call was disconnected. BBB research found a Columbus area phone number for the business but the representative at that number indicated it was a call center and that person would not give out the location of the facility. The representative at the Columbus number did state that there is no connection between Pop-A-Lock of Cincinnati and the Columbus operation. At this time BBB is unable to issue a complete report on the business as we have been unable to obtain background information on the business or its principals.
