    Recieved an email from the fake Larry/Adam at *******, asking for number. That was 3cweeks ago and he has yet to call me.
    Also, left a message with Corporate Sam The Concrete Man in PA, **** ******, never received a call.

    After dealing with the worst consultation with Gabe, the repair was set for April. WHAT A MISTAKE. My porch is horrible! Very disappointing in the whole experience.
    BUYER BEWARE OF " ******* CONCRETE! They are a scam company using ******'s name to do bad work. Onwers Larry and Adam DO NOT WORK FOR ******, they work for *******. My concrete has been a true nightmare starting with Sam The Cocrete Guy. ******* was supposed to be the cure to my issues and they actually made it worst! The repair left me with a section of cracks, dents and a totally discolored sidewalk and porch. I started with a dip in one section. The work was done in November 2023 and it is looks like it was done in November 1923 and now I will have contact The BBB, The Secretary of State and The Attorney General since Larry has fled the country! ****** **** ** has been extremely pleasant and kind. They have been scammed by ******* (2 x) using thier name to doop customers.

    Customer service is great before the install. Everything seems fine until the work was complete. The day after all wa complete, it rained. The rain puddle in one spot and I was told it was curing. BS
    As time moves on, it also ways puddles in the same spot. I have asked for help many any times. Nothing. I have texted, emailed and called. Nothing. I went online and requested a quote and low and behold, I got a call back!
    I need this made right now so I can get years out of my porch. So far it is getting worse and it was installed in November 2023 and it decaying too early.

    confusion between ****** and *******, both of which Sam The Concrete Man does
    not have ties to. Also, we are sorry to
    hear about your dissatisfaction and that the initial install did not meet your
    expectations. Since we are dedicated to customer satisfaction, I’m glad we
    coordinated to replace the section of your porch, of which your porch
    replacement would be about $1,800, not $8,000. The replacement was installed
    correctly, and the concrete was still curing at the time you took your photos.
    Please understand curing can take a whole month and discoloration is common
    while curing and will go away.

    These pictures were at taken 8:55 on June 6th.I do believe the curing in done. Even in the rain, you can tell this is not right.

     Also curing will never help the crack on the portion of the sidewalk that didn't need repaired also well as the attempt at fixing one of a sections damaged by the repair.

    I accept the business's response to resolve this complaint. We have spoken and have agreed to remove and replace the whole porch and sidewalk per Gabe's instructions.
