  I wish I could give negative infinity stars. DO NOT BUY A HOUSE from this company!!!! All we've had is problems from our flipped house. They leave holes hiding behind vanities, dont do washer plumbing correctly, backwards shower plumbing, shit paint job, to name a FEW things. I could write a book on how horrible these people work. ??

  I saw their sign in front of property not far from my house. So I googled them to see what they are or what they do. To get anywhere you have to enter an address. I made a mistake of entering an address. On the next page they wanted name and number information, etc. I did NOT enter any of that information and closed the page having recognized they are likely looking for leads to reach out to. Within a week I received a call on my cell phone. I answered and it was them asking how much I wanted for my house. I have no clue how they obtained my cell phone number or my name. But if it were me I would stay away from this company. My impression is they are the predatory type that is looking to take advantage of any situation including folks who maybe astute enough to know its predatory marketing.

  We bought a house recently from Skymount. The house is "nice" and they did an okay job updating it to sell. Although, I mean this with everything in my heart... BE VERY CAUTIOUS WHEN BUYING FROM THEM.
  1. Communication with them is impossible and they seem to not want to respond without a push.
  2. They signed off on removing mold in the attic AND uncovering the underlying issue and having that fixed. They removed the mold, but did not follow through on the agreement to fix the underlying issue. Instead, we had to call someone out to figure it out and get a quote. Still pending on if they'll follow through on their commitment to that.
  3. They had a staging company remove the furniture AFTER we signed off on the house, we showed up and noticed they left about a 10ft scratch on the flooring, they then offered us $200 and said we have no proof they are responsible. (seller pictures prove otherwise). We got 2 quotes on fixing this to prove we are not just looking for money. They refused to even work with us on this, continuing to offer $200.
  4. The biggest issue yet - they had a light that had no way to turn off, so we asked for a way to turn this light on and off. They signed off on this also. They did not fix this, instead they removed the light without telling us and sent us a video of how to turn off another light. We asked the light be put back with access to control it, they put it back with no access. (remember, they signed off on doing so). Eventually they finally had an electrician fix this issue...but now they are refusing to pay him.
  If you ever are in the market for a home and Skymount is selling a house you're interested in... I would seriously recommend you look elsewhere.
