5 starsThis was an amazing experience all around! As soon as I registered to get an estimate I was called back the same day. A few days later Jim came out to give me an estimate. It was reasonable compared to another quote I had received. The technicians, Zane and Corey, were able to come out for the installation the same week. They were knowledgeable, professional, and fast! I would definitely recommend this company to my fellow "senior citizens".

1 starThe first time I hired them, they cleaned my gutters twice within 3 days. I pointed this out and they refunded the charge for the second cleaning. I recently hired them again and this time they charged my credit card without cleaning the gutters. I made multiple calls but they never called me back. Does not seem like a well-run business. I have notified by credit card company of fraud.The Gutter Boys

We are looking into this situation. Fraud is a heavy word to throw around. We do thousands of gutter cleans and are committed to getting things right, even if we fall short. This situation is no different. We will be in touch to remedy this.

5 starsEthan & his crew clean our gutters and down sports with professionalism and care. They cleaned up afterwards. The gutter boys have installed our gutters & responded to any concerns(not of their making) with that same professionalism. Highly recommend them for any of the services they provide.The Gutter Boys

1 starFor the second time (fall 2023 & previously spring 2023) Gutter Boys gutter cleaning was incomplete, with some contract work just not performed at all. It seemed the intent was to get out as fast as possible with minimal effort. I complained to the office when the crew was still present. After that bad initial spring cleaning I ordered them to not return but they came back anyhow and because they failed to inform me, they actually performed their poor work on the property which I no longer own (!) and then charged my credit card on file. The property's new owner was shocked to be woken up at 7;30 am by these people on her roof. I have notified my cc company of fraud. November cleaning on the new owner's buildings: Failed to notify owner of their coming, sent "kids" poorly dressed for cold wet work, left a mess by blowing wet leaf gunk out of gutters with leaf blowers which sent it all over the place including on a parked car. Left gutters not cleaned out.The Gutter Boys

This is not an accurate review. We have 25 pictures of the gutters cleaned. The customer is just trying to get out of the bill. We are disputing this chargeback as well.Review fromAl Z

5 starsWe have used Gutter Boys to clean out our gutters for many years. We have lots of trees surrounding the house. Always have felt we got good service from the Gutter Boys. This year Paul was our technician and once again we are very pleased. Paul was prompt, courteous, efficient, and left things very tidy.The Gutter Boys

5 starsThe Gutter Boys did a great job cleaning my gutters. They called to let me know they were on their way, which I appreciated. They took pictures of their completed job, and sent them to me via text, so I could see what a great job they did. 5 starsEverything went smoothly. It was easy getting the advice and quote. All the contract and payment methods were super easy. The job was scheduled in a timely manner. The installer showed up as planned, did the job and did not leave a mess to clean up. Although I just had 2 sections of gutters replaced this time, I will contact the rep next year to replace the remaining gutters.The Gutter Boys

5 starsAnother great job by The Gutter Boys. This company is responsive, professional, competent! You can’t say that about many service providers nowadays. Just completed a downspout replacement. Austen, Mike, Dan and Zach made sure they knew just what I wanted. Then they made it happen. They did a great job. Very grateful.
