Termination PolicyYou may terminate your Prescription Bliss® services at any time and for any reason by submitting a signed written notice of cancellation. You must first request a cancellation form by contacting Prescription Bliss® by phone at (877) 792 5477 or by email at [email protected]. Until such written notice is received and confirmed, you remain financially responsible for all service fees incurred. Once Prescription Bliss® has received and processed your cancellation request, you are still financially responsible for any outstanding balances, which includes one final invoice for services rendered. If you request cancellation of services after receiving medication approval but before completing one full billing cycle, you may be subject to a one-time, non-refundable service fee of $49 per approved medication. This fee ensures fair compensation for the administrative and support services provided on your behalf. However, this fee will not be charged if: You cancel before any medication approval has occurred, billing for the approved medication(s) has already occurred; or you have two or more approved medications under service, which qualifies for the capped monthly billing rate of $90. Prescription Bliss® reserves the right to rescind, revoke, or amend its services and related terms at any time, with or without notice. We will not terminate this agreement on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any legally protected status. You may also request deactivation of your account by contacting us directly or, if applicable, through your account settings in the Site or Application. Prescription Bliss® reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to your account, the Program, or any related Services if, in our sole judgment, you have materially breached these Terms or your continued use poses legal or operational risk to the company or third parties. Upon termination, whether initiated by you or by Prescription Bliss®, all licenses and rights granted under these Terms will immediately cease, and access to your data through your account will be discontinued.
