In 2020 I hired Trigg to do several projects in my home. Replace a ceiling in my kitchen. Remove a bathtub/shower above that kitchen and replace a toilet. They also replaced a ceiling in my bedroom, and installed a fan in said room. In January 2022 I realized there was a wet spot on the kitchen ceiling and called Trigg to come check if a trap or something else on the bathtub was loose. I was told they would be out that week to check it. Because I understand that companies are short handed and busy I tried to be patient. I could not get call back. I have records where I called every 6 weeks to get someone here. Finally after I told them I had contacted an attorney they sent a sales rep to look at it. Bob was the one I had originally worked with. This was in July. He stated he remembered the job and they had replaced all of the plumbing in that ceiling and there was no reason for a leek. They would get someone here immediately to see what was going on. I had not used that tub/shower since I had recovered the leak, however, Bob said to go back to using it that it would not make a difference. I am again unable to use the shower, as the water leaks thru the ceiling and into the kitchen. They keep telling me I am on the list, but 8+ months is to long for something they obviously didn’t do right. I am since aware that they did not have a plumber working on this project, but a general labor whose specialty is tile. On a separate note the fan that was installed in the bedroom broke away from the ceiling last week. Since it is over a bed and in jeopardy of falling I now also have a bedroom I cannot use. I have around 18,000 dollars invested in this screwed up job. I have no idea if you can help but hopefully other people will see this and avoid this company.
