    On February 14, 2023 US tax filed my daughter and I taxes for 2022. I was told I’ll receive the tax documents to my email in a few days. Also the irs attempted to deposit my daughter check into my account but my bank blocked my account because the check is not in my name. I reached out to the company three times with no feedback.

    i CONTACTED THE CLIENT TO MAKE HER AWARE THAT THE REASON HER DAUGHTERS REFUND IS BEING MAILED TO HER INSTEAD OF BEING DIRECT DEPOSITED AS SHE REQUESTED IS BECAUSE BOTH HER AND HER DAUGHTERS REFUNDS WERE SET UP TO BE DEPOSITED INTO HER ACCOUNT AND IT IS AN IRS DISCRETION THAT THEY IRS DECIDED NOT TO DEPOSIT THE DAUGHTERS REFUND INTO HER ACCOUNT. THE IRS IS NOW DECIDING TO MAKE CHANGES THAT THEY DO NOT ALLOW MULTIPLE CHECKS TO BE DEPOSITED INTO THE SAME ACCOUNT DUE TO LARGE AMOUNTS OF TAX FRAUD SO IT WAS NOT MY DECISION TO CHANGE THE DEPOSIT. IRS MADE THE CHANGE AND WE ARE BEING TOLD BY THE IRS IF MULTIPLE REFUNDS ARE BEING REFUNDED TO A CLIENT THAT THEY IRS HAVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE AND MAIL OUT A PAPER CHECK. I DID CONTACT THE CLIENT TO EXPLAIN THAT THIS WAS AN IRS DECISION WHICH WAS OUT OF MY CONTROL AND ALSO APOLOGIZED FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE THIS MAY HAVE CAUSED HER AND HER DAUGHTER. THIS CLIENT HAS BEEN A REALLY GOOD CLIENT OF MINE AND I DO APPRECIATE AND VALUE HER PATRONIZING ME AND MY COMPANY.I DO TRY VERY HARD TO RESPOND TO AND RETURN ALL PHONE CALLS AND CONCERNS BUT BECAUSE IRS UNDER THE PATH ACT WHICH IS WHERE THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO HOLD TAXPAYERS REFUNDS WHO ARE RECEIVING EARNED INCOME CREDIT AND CHILD TAX CREDIT UNTIL MID FEBRUARY CAUSES ACCOUNTANTS TO RECEIVE NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS ONCE THE REFUNDS ARE ISSUED WHICH WE PROCESS REFUNDS STARTING JAN 3RD AND THOSE HUNDREDS OF REFUNDS WERE NOT RELEASED UNTIL MID FEBRUARY SO UNFORTUNATELY OUR CALL VOLUME INCREASES WITH ALL OF THESE CLIENT'S HAVING QUESTIONS ABOUT ANY OFFSETS, ADJUSTMENTS OR REFUNDS BEING TAKEN AND THESE REFUNDS WERE ALL DEPOSITED AT THE SAME TIME WHICH AGAIN I DO MY BEST TO CALL EVERYONE BACK TO ANSWER ALL QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS.
