On "1-19-23," Oakwood Auto Specialist Inc. installed a "defective" Radiator in my vehicle with "1 yr warrantee on" it, which I paid $682.56; and on "3-28-23," it installed "R & R Front Pads + Rotors" and "R & R Rear Pads + Rotors," which I paid $669.60. Based on Oakwood Auto Specialist Inc. business cards that states that "ALL WORK GUARANTEED," I expected the business to commit to provide standard quality service for my vehicle needs. But, Oakwood Auto Specialist woefully failed me! It caused more damage to my vehicle, consequently put my life and life of others in danger. Right from the week I picked up my vehicle, the brake pedal goes all the way to the floor before the vehicle could stop; because the brake cylinder was completely empty. Oakwood Auto Specialist denied that it damaged the brake lines of my vehicle, as a result, I took my vehicle to Allstar Discount Muffler Inc. for an inspection. After its inspection, its "Brake & Suspension Specialist, Spencer Mitchell" states that "it is evident that the damage was caused by the person that installed the rotors and pads." On "6/17/23," while I was driving on the freeway to my home, the Radiator Oakwood Auto Specialist Inc. installed in my vehicle blew and the vehicle finally stopped at the corner of the road. Anyway, after I exhausted all my efforts to get AAA to tow the vehicle failed, Interstate Towing & Transport Specialist Inc. towed it and on June 19, 2023 I paid $302.40 to get my vehicle back. I returned it to Oakwood Auto Specialist Inc. to replace the defective blew Radiator it installed. After some days, one of its administrative secretary, Carol called me to come and pick up my vehicle. When my niece, ******* took me there on Wednesday, July 19, 2023, Oakwood Auto Specialist Inc. asked me to sign "NO Guarantee," on the Radiator., which I refused to sign it out of its responsibility.
