    I have been using my guys since 2019. I needed a new central air conditioning unit at a previously owned home and Jerry Johnson walked through the house, determining what I would need. He told me that the current non working unit was too large for the house and therefore, inefficient. After the new unit was installed, I no longer needed a room air conditioner in the large second floor bedroom.
    At my current home, before purchasing, work was supposedly done on the furnace and chimney but that first winter, the furnace stopped working. Mr. ******* showed me several problems with the furnace and chimney, including a rusted draft motor thst needed to be replaced. The technicians completed all the work needed in a timely matter and I have not had any problems since then. Most recently, I needed a new toilet that would not have clogging problems, would fit in the small bathroom and would have a "comfort" seat height. The technician was prompt and courteous and the toilet is obviously a quality product. I am very satisfied with this company.
