Pella Windows and Doors left the voice mail for the confirmation on 3/29/2024 regarding the window installation on 4/2. She siad it was on 4/1, but at the end of the voice mail, she rephrased that the contractor will show up between 8:30 and 9:30 am on 4/2/2024 as we requested. No one showed up or no phone call during the time frame. I called up Pella after 11 am and the receptionist told me that they must have been on the way. She called me back and told me that he said it was not on his calendar. He was putting the date on 4/3, not the 2nd. I told her that I wanted to cancel this contract and get refund or would like to have some compensation. Two hours later, she called me back again and told me that I couldn't get out the contract. There was no refund, nor compensation. She suggested that I called the sales person, so I left the message. I got a call from him and he said the same thing that I couldn't get out the contract, nor refund. I believe that Pella broke the contract, not us, after the confirmation we received, which was installed on 4/2/2024. I don't have available time easily. I really want to have full refund when we didn't make any errors on my side. Plus, this experience makes me not to deal with this company at all. ****** ** *****
