  In December 2024, BBB contacted Public Safety Driving School regarding clams in its advertising.
  
  Its website states "**BEAT ANY PRICE DEAL FOR BOTH ONLINE CLASSES AND BEHIND THE WHEEL DRIVING*** **Limited time only***" 
  According to the BBB Code of Advertising, price reductions  may be used in advertising only if there is a significant reduction from the advertiser's usual and customary price of the products or services offered and the sale is for a limited period of time. If the sale exceeds thirty days, advertisers should be prepared to substantiate that the offering is indeed a valid price reduction and has not become their regular price. 
  The business responded that they often offer sales and discounts but do not track the starting dates.  The business did not respond to BBB's suggestion that they consider adding the end date so consumers know how long they have to take advantage of the offer. 
  
  Its website advertises several locations for the business, including an address at 25 Main Street, Suite 200, Westlake, Ohio, 44145 in Crocker Park.  It has come to BBB's attention that the business is not located at this address. The primary responsibility for truthful and non-deceptive advertising rests with the advertiser. BBB requested that the business discontinue advertising that they have an office at the Westlake address.  The business responded that they have a lease agreement for that location but classes are online, so students do not go to that address for classes. The business offered to send BBB the lease agreement, but it was not received.
