    My provider chose a date and time for a follow up appointment. It turns out that I was going to be out of town. I called 3 times to change my appointment and I was put on hold and nobody ever picks the line back up. I was then out of town and received an appointment reminder so I called and finally was able to speak to someone. Even though it was more than 24 hours before my scheduled appointment I was told that I owe a fee. It was not my fault and they will not let me schedule an appointment nor speak to my doctor. I have been going here every month for over 6 years. Never have been late or missed an appointment ever. I called again to make an appointment and they will not let me speak to my doctor or call me back. This is not proffesional at all

    I have been going to this specialist for 8 years. Walked into my appointment on 10/25/24. Front desk informed me I was released from the office due to too many no shows . I said what ? I never missed ANY appointments. I thought they had me mixed up with someone else ? The manager grabbed me and took me to a back room . She proceeded to tell me and show me the dates that I had missed. The dates I had missed on their end were dates that they had scheduled for the next month which were on a Monday . I work Mondays so whenever they give me that day I have to reschedule but I do that before I even leave ! So they’re not taking out that Monday date that they rescheduled! When I went back on my scheduled appointments in my history of appointments they are all on a Monday which I rescheduled. They were not taking out that Mondays appointment. This happened 7 times this year ! When I was in the office with the manager, she asked me to get all my prescription dates and my appointment dates together and they’ll fix it when I did. Nobody got back to me. They said I was just released to the office for no-shows then a letter was sent to me by them saying that I could come on an emergency appointment within 30 days so I thought I would make the appointment and talk to them then, then the front desk said my last appointment was a wean off appointment!?. They couldn’t make me an emergency appointment which is a lie. Talked to the Dr I see under the main Dr and he said you didn’t miss any appointments and I said I know . And I told him that the last appointment was evidently a wean off and he said what are they talking about? The main Dr will not even let me show them proof. The manager will not take my calls , So now my records will show released from office due to no shows which is a lie ! You can’t even make this up it’s so ridiculous.

    Withholding my medicine without explanation... Medicine that I need to survive...Been taking Morphine for many years... Paraplegic for 48years... Wheelchair bound...Going thru withdrawals which could lead to my fatality..
