              I had an eye exam on July 30 I ordered glasses with transitional lenses and paid the extra money for them when I picked up the glasses yesterday they were not the transitional lenses that were shown to me when I purchased them they do not darken when on my face only if they are held up and sun light can pass through they do not darken at all when on the face I explained that I was unhappy with them and was told too bad I just want what was sold to me

              Well I originally go to the office in Clayton ohio. However I was in need of contacts since mine is going to be 6;8 weeks before delivery. So hoke rd office told me to call the one in Beaver Creek so I did. The doctor approved a trial pair well i asked if I could come to the Beaver Creek office to grab them since I have to work tonight and have already called off a week prior. They said yes. So I called and borrowed money to make it out there. Just to leave empty handed with no contacts. All I got was haha your gonna punch me your contacts was sent out on delivery. Wtf!!! So not only do I get to lose my job, keep the migraine I have I also owe money now I'm not able to pay back. This is beyond bs. I would leave no stars however the Dr was nice enough to work with me. I'm ****** bc the waste of my time and the loss of my job bc after talking to them I guaranteed that I would be at work after picking up my contacts...
