Purchased on 8-10-2023. First used 2-22-2024. Product fell apart on first use. Contacted on 2-23-2024, again on 3-2-2024, again on 3-8-2024. No answer to my messages. Cannot call as they have removed their phone numbers.Initial Complaint

Placed order on n 11:/1 and got order confirmation email. Item is now 12/14. Item has never been shipped, contact form on website does not get replied to, no phone number available, and email address on website comes back undeliverable. This may have been a legitimate business at some point but now it is nothing more than a scam website. Looking at other reviews this is a recurring theme with this business. Authorities need to be contacted as this business is practicing theft.Initial Complaint

I’ve done business with TSG many times in the past several years and only have had minor issues like they forgot an item when they shipped me my order but rectified it. But now all of a sudden I placed 2 separate orders one on 09/05/24 and 09/10/24 one for $140.00 and the other for $167.85. These order have both stayed in the “NEW” category. I have contacted them through their own contact form and have received no response. I then looked up any phone numbers and all the numbers listed online including the number listed on their FFL and none
are in service. This is very alarming especially after seeing so many other patrons filing complaints here at the BBB. Why would they not have shut down their payment system? Or at least put an alert on the website? This is absolutely ridiculous. Seeing the jump in my two order numbers that span over five days shows that quite a bit of other people have placed orders as well and no doubt are experiencing this same issue especially after seeing on this site that this has been going on since the beginning of the year. How could they continue to take our money? I would like to have my money back ASAP since my items are obviously not coming and I needed them a while ago.Initial Complaint

BBB received a call from the consumer stating that he had contacted the Beavercreek Police Department and an officer went out. The owner ended up mailing the part to the consumer that afternoon and he has received the part he ordered.

Order#***-***** I ordered 2 side charge upper recievers, and was charged accordingly almost a month ago and would like to know why my items were never sent to me. Plenty of time has passed as I have recieved many other parts from other places much farther away from me and recieved them without issue and in a timely manner. I have tried multiple times to contact them about this to resolve it, but there is no working phone number, and my emails continue to go through, but have not had any response at all. It has been almost a month since the order was placed now. I've ordered from them in the past without issue, but this order has really set me back, and continues to be a thorn in my side. I placed an order for a DPMS AR10 lower back in early February. Product said in stock when I ordered but after it said out of stock. Theres no number to reach them so I’ve sent at least 8 messages to them with no response. Item was never shipped and I’ve asked for a refund at least 4 times. No response. From other complaints I’ve read this place is stealing peoples money left and right and getting away with it. I want my money back!

I DISAGREE WITH THIS COMPLAINT 110%. i HAVE ATTACHED THE PROOF OF THE ITEM BEING ON BACK ORDER WHEN HE PLACED HIS ORDER WITH US. i SPOKE TO HIM ON THE PHONE ON AT LEAST 1-2 OCCASIONS AT WHICH TIME HE WAS RUDE. WE SHIPPED HIS ORDER AS WE TOLD HIM WE WOULD ON THE DATE PROMISED TO HIM. I HAVE ALSO ATTACHED THE TRACKING INFORMATION SHOWING THE ITEM HAS BEEN DELIVERED VIA USPS PRIORITY MAIL TO THE ADDRESS THAT WAS REQUESTED ON THE FFL DEALERS LICENSES. WE ARE WORKING TO GET BACK TO EACH CUSTOMER AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE BUT SOME FILE REPORTS LIKE THIS AFTER ITEMS ARE DELIVERED.
