Last month I filed a CFPB complaint against this company. They closed it with some nonsense response saying nothing. I attached with my complaint a cease & desist and a list of requests to which they did not respond to any instead they stated they were sending me itemized charges and that was not the request. I have never done business with First Federal cRedit Control or whatever they are called. I demanded they send me the agreement they have with whatever company giving them the right to pursue an alleged debt, they did not provide it. I demanded a copy of a signed contract with my signature that confirms I have a contractual obligation to pay them money, they did not provide it. I requested all statements from this supposed account, confirmation of any insurance claims made and they did not provide ANY OF THIS. I demanded they validate this date over 30 days ago and they did not! On top of this under 15 USC 1692g(a) this company FAILED to send me proper notification of this alleged debt within 5 days. Since this company is playing games I am holding them accountable under 15 usc 1692k(a)(2) which states they owe me $1000 per every violation. I can go on and on but I will settle for a removal of this negative damaging account from my consumer report.Business response

Collection is on my credit report for $540 have no knowledge of collection or company that is trying to charge me. These are fraudulent charges, and the company refuses to remove them. Please remove this account from my credit report.Business response

Upon reviewing the business's response, I find that it does not address my concerns adequately. I want to reiterate that the collection debt in question is not mine, and I was not aware of this bill at all.
