FIRST FEDERAL CREDIT, I respectfully request that this account be investigated and removed from my credit file as it does not accurately reflect my credit history. I have never had an account with original creditor (****** ******** * ********* ********** ** **). I have contacted FIRST FEDERAL CREDIT a year ago and asked to provide me with details and they failed to do so. They did could not even locate the right info on my name or address. I am writing to formally dispute an inaccurate account listed on my credit report. As per my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). There are TWO different accounts on my credit under FIRST FEDERAL and either one is correct or accurate. I have never signed a contract with them. Please remove these accounts from my credit report ASAP.

Random company calling me trying to collect debt im assuming and they need to cease and desist from calling and emails as I only need them to send me proof to my address provided with original debt and original amount, as well as dates and name of the original company. Anyone can randomly grab a name and number and hound people for money they don't owe. These collection companies are scams and will try to get over on you if you don't get the consumer policy etc..

I am writing to formally dispute the inaccurate information currently being reported on my credit file regarding a collection account from First Federal Credit C. I do not have a contractual agreement with this consumer. This account is currently being reported with both an “Open” and “Closed” status and a past due balance, which is false, conflicting, and misleading.

This same account was reviewed and subsequently removed by TransUnion after a proper investigation revealed that the information provided by the furnisher was inaccurate. TransUnion has corrected their records and closed and deleted the account accordingly. Therefore, the continued inaccurate reporting of this account by Equifax is a clear violation of my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), which requires that only accurate and verifiable information be reported.

I am filing a complaint against First Federal Credit Control (FFCC) regarding their improper and illegal handling of a disputed medical debt they reported to Equifax, in the amount of $2,259, under the name South Florida Critical Care.

The charges are associated with a hospitalization at Baptist Health, and are currently under active insurance review. My insurer has confirmed they are still awaiting documentation from Baptist to process the claim. Despite this, FFCC began reporting this debt to Equifax without validation, and I have never received an itemized bill from them or South Florida Critical Care.

On August 24, 2024, I sent a formal dispute email to FFCC requesting full validation, removal of the debt from my credit file, and confirmation that it would be properly marked as disputed. My communication was completely ignored.

I followed up again on March 21, 2025, reiterating my request and citing both the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Again, I received no response, no validation, and no indication that the account had been marked as disputed with the credit bureaus.

As of today, it has been well over 10 business days since my last contact — and I have not received a single response from FFCC or any acknowledgment that my rights under federal law have been respected. This is unacceptable behavior for any business, let alone a debt collection agency that is legally obligated to respond to disputes and validate any debt it attempts to collect or report.

      Timeline of Ignored Communications:

August 24, 2024 – First formal dispute submitted via email. No response.

March 21, 2025 – Second follow-up dispute email, with legal citations and demand for validation and removal. Again, no response.

April 3, 2025 – Still no acknowledgment, validation, or correction made to the credit reporting.

This complaint is against First Federal Credit Control and their representative, Bill *****, for unprofessional debt collection practices regarding an alleged debt of $1,839.00, which I do not owe.

On January 6, 2025, at 1:45 PM EST, I received a call from Mr. ***** (via ************), claiming I owed a debt to ********* ********** of Central Florida for services in September 2024. I did not confirm that I was *********** *********, only answering "Hello" and asking who was calling. When I stated I was unfamiliar with the debt, Mr. ***** insinuated I was lying, saying, "I think you do," which I found rude. I ended the call after repeating that I had no knowledge of the debt.

Later that day, I received an email from First Federal Credit Control with the same claim, but it did not provide any details about the debt, such as the original bill or contract. The only information included was a reference code (******), an account number (******* *******), and two amounts totaling $1,839.00. I was given until February 15, 2025, to dispute the debt.

On January 9, 2025, I received a threatening text from Mr. *****, implying I had only a few days to respond, contrary to the February 15 deadline.

I contacted ******* ****** in Longwood, FL, and they confirmed that my account has a $0.00 balance, with any prior charges written off as "Acha Financial Assistance" on October 22, 2024. No further bills should have been generated.

To date, I have not received any physical mail or documentation from Mr. ***** or First Federal Credit Control to substantiate this alleged debt. I am requesting that they provide proof of the debt, including the original bill from Emergency Physicians of Central Florida, and mail it to my address. I also demand that they cease all phone, email, and text communications and only contact me via physical mail until the requested documentation is provided.

If these actions are not taken, I will seek legal counsel from my local consumer protection law firm.

I have reviewed the response provided by the business regarding complaint ID ******** and find the resolution satisfactory. This is contingent upon the condition that First Federal Credit Control has closed and removed the account as requested. Additionally, I have reached out to the original creditor, ********* ********** of Central Florida, and provided them with a copy of the Financial Assistance Determination Letter to ensure they also zero out, close, and withdraw the alleged debt from further collections.

I am not liable for ANY balance with FIRST FEDERAL CREDIT CONTROL LLC. There is no binding contract with my written signature stating that I must be liable for ANY balance with FIRST FEDERAL CREDIT CONTROL LLC.

Just because this unknown company was able to obtain someone's information and slap a balance on it, does not make it true. THERE IS NO BINDING CONTRACT with FIRST FEDERAL CREDIT CONTROL LLC.

If a judge asked FIRST FEDERAL CREDIT CONTROL LLC to provide proof of a legal binding contract right now, the case would be dismissed due to lack of a binding contract. There is NONE.

I am counting on the BBB to look beyond the fancy words and narrative spin from this company and look at the actual facts. Please remove this company from further harassing my life.

P.S. I never been to Ohi and Experian understood that FIRST FEDERAL CREDIT CONTROL LLC has no binding contract with me as well! Per attachment, they removed them.

I reviewed my consumer report and informed your agency on May 08, 2024 about the items I
disputed. Despite this, the issue remains unresolved in a manner that is fair and equitable to me
as required by the FCRA. I sent a notice to your agency, including a FTC Identity Theft Report,
and also filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau CFPB.
I explained the violations your agency committed under the FCRA, while informing your agency
of the fact that these items were reported without my expressed, written consent. This leads to
way of identity theft, which leads to a violation of the civil liability section of the FCRA, as I
informed you in the previous notice, which I have attached once more again for your record!
Your agency has clearly refused to follow the law and honor my previous request so I am
requesting a reinvestigation and demanding your agency to explain your METHOD OF
VERIFICATION in verifying these items, pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act’s Procedure
in Case of disputed accuracy section, 15 USC 1681i(7)

      ID# ******** ******* ****

I am writing to clarifly a formal complant I made regarding one of the serveral unauthorized debt collections that affecting my credit report attributed to FIRST FEDERAL CREDIT and ******* *********. On March 15th 2023, I became aware of the six collection accounts on my credit report all under the same name of FIRST FEDERAL CREDIT, the one I first reported being the highest totaling $8,755 with all six combined equaling $13,230.

I would like to start by stating I have no knowledge of this account and have never entered in to agreement with First Federal Credit or ******* *********. Upon receiving calls from First Federal Credit, I verbally requested they send the original account documents and the contract I signed with them to verify the validity of these collections. Despite these requests, I have not received any response or documentation from first federal.

The presence of these unauthorized collections has significantly impacted my credit report, which is particularly concerning as I am currently in the process of trying to purchasing a much needed vehicle. The negative effects on my creditworthiness are unwarranted and unjustified.

I respectfully request that the better business bureau investigate this matter and urge that First federal credit provide verifiable documentation of the alleged debt. I seek removal of the unauthorized collection from my credit report.
Please note that I do not acknowledge ownership of these debts, and the inclusion on my credit report causing undue financial hardship and affecting my ability to secure necessary financing.

Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter. I eagerly await your assistance in resolving this issue promptly. I hope this will help clear all this up (and also would like to state that my message are not from a template) , Thank you

Last month I filed a CFPB complaint against this company. They closed it with some nonsense response saying nothing. I attached with my complaint a cease & desist and a list of requests to which they did not respond to any instead they stated they were sending me itemized charges and that was not the request. I have never done business with First Federal cRedit Control or whatever they are called. I demanded they send me the agreement they have with whatever company giving them the right to pursue an alleged debt, they did not provide it. I demanded a copy of a signed contract with my signature that confirms I have a contractual obligation to pay them money, they did not provide it. I requested all statements from this supposed account, confirmation of any insurance claims made and they did not provide ANY OF THIS. I demanded they validate this date over 30 days ago and they did not! On top of this under 15 USC 1692g(a) this company FAILED to send me proper notification of this alleged debt within 5 days. Since this company is playing games I am holding them accountable under 15 usc 1692k(a)(2) which states they owe me $1000 per every violation. I can go on and on but I will settle for a removal of this negative damaging account from my consumer report.
