    I purchased a summer fun pass for my nephews birthday. He went to this location on 6/7 and nobody knew what this pass even was even though it’s posted all over the website. The front desk lady was very rude about it and told him that nothing was included except bowling which isn’t true. I paid for the premium pass which should include all you can play attractions. Then this woman told him he was too small for all attractions and when asked what he could do she stated “he can play pool” he can’t even reach a pool table let alone play pool. Another issue is that my sister purchased an arcade card for him and more than 50% of the games do not work, she drove over 30 minutes to be greeted with rudeness and a terrible time. The only thing that stated a height requirement was gravity ropes and she was already aware of this. The woman even stated he couldn’t play mini golf at 44 inches tall so what was the point. My brother mentioned to the woman that a laser tag place was in Middleburg that he has went to many times and her response was “he should probably go there” I have reached out to the company and they are refusing to refund me and I will never return due to the way my family was treated. There is multiple bad reviews about this company and I believe them wholeheartedly I understand if I was in the wrong or missed details but the way my family was treated was disgusting.
