    Poor customer service, ***, The **********************! In an approximately 50-foot expanse of gutter a downspout was not installed where there had been one. There was leaking into the house in the area of the missing downspout.I contacted the owner of ***, The Gutter Man, texted him pictures of before the job showing 2 downspouts and after the job showing 1 downspout. I told him I was concerned about the amount of continuing damage each time it rained.I had no response from the owner in 16 days. I had texted him 4 times in that time asking him to contact me. No response.I contracted with another gutter company to install the missing downspout. The expanse of gutter had to be realigned with the installation. The owner of ***, The Gutter Man responded the day after the other company finished the installation and said he would send his crew. I explained that the work had already been done, he was too late.**** after, I sent a letter and copy of the invoice from the other company to the owner of *** The, Gutter Man asking him to reimburse me for the $475.00 that it cost to have the problem resolved. I also told him that if he didn't reimburse me that I would make a report to the BBB. He never responded. I am extremely disappointed with ***, The Gutter Man!(I also had to have replastering done inside the house because of the leak).
