    We had a loan with Exeter Finance, the loan was refinanced in September, I had a process to get the Gap coverages cancelled with dealer. The check was sent to loan company in October. They said they haven’t received it. The dealer Finance Manager ******* said it was cashed. They have no record of receiving check which is owned to us. Exeter advised dealer on Nov 30 to send copy of cashed check and I have also reached out in text conversation where he told me they submitted everything end of the conversation. I’m tired of the run around the check was *** and some change which is owed to us. If you can help me clear this up finally I’d appreciate it. ****** *****

    They don’t inspect their used cars.They lie a lot.Worst customer service experience of my life!They have an as is clause to ensure they are covered when you realize the car you purchased is a lemon.Their communication is awful & after multiple issues- they refused to EVER let me speak to the GM.I’ve spoken to 15-20 to try resolve issues.To sum it up, I purchased a used suv & was told they would never sell a suv that wasn’t fully inspected.Lies.I get the car home & soon realize there’s an air leak.It takes wks to get in & they are fighting w/ me if they will cover repairs.Service agreed it was bad & sales didn’t want cover it.I tell them the heat is broken too.They “fix” the car, I leave & during my drive have to turn around bc it isn’t fixed.I drive w/ them to ensure they hear the leak.They can’t figure it out so I leave w/ a rental.This non-communication & fighting between service & sales continues & they keep my vehicle 4 wks, but the work was only done after 10+ calls.They say the heat’s fine.So they tell me it’s fixed & needed a new window.I go there & drive it home.As I’m driving I hear the air leak & the heat is broke!I call back & get put on speaker phone w/ service.They tell me they didn’t test drive it!After arguing, they determine I’m right & the heat doesn’t work.Heater core is fixed.My partner gets involved @ this point bc it’s pure ridiculousness.He goes & test drives the suv w/ service & guess what?!There’s an air leak in the windshield!So then the windshield needs to be resealed-I go in to test drive it, the heat works better & I hear the air leak in the back, but I’m exhausted from this.I take the suv home only to realize they didn’t property seal the replaced window!I’d say this is call 80 & they simply don’t care.In total-they had my car 5-6 wks.They are rude.I asked that they reseal the window & no call back.I even suggested they buy it back & they said for $8500 loss.I have contacted Ford & they filed a complaint & suggested obtaining a lawyer.
