    Had a brand new $2133.93 15 inch screen installed less than 2 weeks ago. Truck wont start each day. Something is running all of the time and won’t let the battery charge. Calling and texting with the company they refuse to take a look and fix the problem. They claim they have installed 50 units and this one is the only one with an issue. Person on the phone was combative and pissed at me that I was frustrated with a truck that doesn’t run. He tried to blame it on anything but what they have done. Asked me to come up to the shop to fight him and told me to go ahead and do a charge back as that wouldn’t affect him.

    Good morning,

    We made attempts to resolve this customers concerns but was only met with extreme difficulty in dealing with the customer. Please see all of the attached photos that has the attempts in writing. Our policy is no refunds - exchange under warranty only. The customer threatened to charge back which is also stealing due to the customer still having the unit in his vehicle. You can find that in the attached photos. The customer has numerous accessories (not installed by us) on his vehicle and refused to cooperate with us to find the issue. He then began leaving negative feedback on all platforms. We are left to believe that the customer does not want to correct the issue but wants a refund. Again, that would be against our policy on electronics. The customer made numerous threats to our staff in an aggressive format after stating to the customer that the call was being recorded - so for that reason, the customer is no longer welcome at our facility.
