            I purchase a waist trainer from Yolanda S******* and the material on the waist trainer looks cheap. I simply ask for a refund and her response was sorry we do not do refunds I can exchange it for something else our website states that. This lady is very disrespectful. Then she had the audacity to send me a gift card for $65 when I paid $74 talking about it's your fault you ordered the wrong merchandise so I'm not going to give you $74 the $9 for shipping and handling. I also had to pay $12 just to ship it back to her for her to give me $65 this has been the worst experience of my life

            2 weeks and no items have been shipped. No movement on the order and when I ask about it, I am referred to the policy or ignored. I feel scammed. I will update or change a review if and when I receive my items.
