    We ordered a club sub, chicken Philly no white Amercian cheese but substitute provolone, and two drinks to go. What we received was a club sub with no bacon, Mike's famous beef Philly, and two drinks. When I returned the beef Philly, female employee the prepared the food was rude and obnoxious becoming belligerent after manager threw the sandwich in the trash. Manager was not able to control this female. Manager did not offer to properly remake the sandwich, offer a refund, nor exchange the sandwich for a lesser value sandwich upon request. Manager had no clue how to handle this situation.

    This customer received exactly what he ordered and how he wanted it. He came back into the store with his Chicken Philly sub and was belligerent with the staff that it wasn't real chicken and slammed his sub down on the glass sneeze guard. He then proceeded to argue & cuss at the staff and then get into it with a customer in line who stated that he shouldn't treat the employees who were very nice to him and made his sub correctly that way. We consider this matter closed as he got what was ordered and his disrespect for our employees was completely unacceptable. Thanks.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.


    The response from the business is far from the truth, video will show the staff employee (female) was belligerent and management condoned her actions. Corporate reached out to the owner to him owner contact me; however,  owner failed to do so. Obviously owner condones and trains employees to behave inappropriately. as stated and advertised on company website, I received beef and American cheese. Not what I ordered. Obviously this business is struggling for money since no refund was offered. This complaint is a reason why there is a struggle.
