    Arnold's Collision & Service Center Claimed to be affiliated with ***** ****. We later found out that they were not. We were paid by our insurance $2000+ to have the needed work (from the recent storm) completed.
    To our surprise they did a horrible job on all areas. There was still asphault shingles tar stuck on our car. Areas were barely touched. Some were simply buffed and touched up with a bone white color that doesnt even match when we were told they would be feathered out and painted. 2 other area shops confirmed for us that the work was not completed properly or at all. We requested money back minus the single panel that was confirmed to be painted and the owner refused. We do not trust them to work on anything. Please be careful. Its a shame companies do things like this. All we want is our car to be fixed. Now we are out of pocket for a fix that was already paid. Sad.

    This is very unfortunate and un needed I was very nice to both of them.  We strive to do good honest work.  I offered to provide a rental car and address any concerns they had.  They never showed up.  I asked for a copy of insurance estimate but never seen one.  At the end of repair she did tell me how much the check was so I only charged that amount and they didn't pay there deductible.  We also buffed both sides of car due to yellowing of there paint so ours would match and we brush touched other chips and scratches.  I did advise them to call ins co. or take to shop of there choice and I would pay to fix anything we did that wasn't rite but they think they should have a full refund.  I am still willing to work with them to resolve this just not a full refund and I will need to see the insurance estimate.

    Their responses are more than reasonable and not initially what was discussed at all.

    This is the first we have ever been offered the opportunity to get an estiamte elsewhere and they would pay to make it right.

    How does the company need the estimate to proceed?

    All we want is the problems fixed and we do not trust this company to make those fixes considering.
