            On April 12, 2024, Autos4Low, LLC came to the attention of Akron BBB. At that time a consumer submitted a complaint to BBB regarding an interaction on Facebook; a vehicle purchase. The consumer mentioned they visited the physical location of the business. The consumer test drove and purchased a vehicle. After purchase, while driving the vehicle the consumer started experiencing issues resulting in taking the vehicle to a repair shop uncovering issues with the transmission. The consumer tried to contact the business and stated they were blocked. The address provided by the consumer for the business matches Autos4Low, LLC; registered with the Ohio Secretary of State. BBB does not have sufficient background information on this business. BBB made two or more requests for background information from the business. BBB has not received a response from this business and/or has not been able to verify information received from this business.

            On April, 19, 2024,  Akron BBB reviewed the Facebook page “Jesse Deals Jones” to determine when it was created and where it was registered. The business profile was created on February 6, 2016. Autos4Low is registered in the state of Ohio, however there is no listing for "Jesse Deals Jones". The Facebook profile uses photos that appear to be taken at 906 Joseph Ave and other locations to represent its inventory. The Business appears to be operating via Facebook as "Jesse Deals Jones". On May 10, 2024, BBB sent an a request to Autos4Low for the following information:

            2. Preferred method of contact (mail, fax or email)
            3. Business website and list of other advertising platforms used to conduct business
            4. Official name(s)/DBA(s) of business and relation to “Jesse Deals Jones”

            I talked to a guy a think his page on Facebook was “***** ***** *****” about a car. We messaged back for a couple days about this car starting on 3/11/24. I asked him if there was anything wrong with the car and did it need anything. He told me no. I drove up to him which is 2 hours away from me and looked at the car. I drove it around for a couple of minutes and it was fine. So I bought the car and started heading home. Then about 45 minutes into the trip back the car started loosing power and I got it off the highway and to a gas station in ************, **. I drove to the closest auto repair shop which was **** auto repair. They put my car up on the lift and noticed it pouring out fluid from the transmission and he said that the transmission was bad and would need replaced which would cost around $4,000. The man that owned the shop let me park it there I got back to my home in **********,** and called a tow company in the same town as the shop. It was ***’s towing. They towed the car to my parents house in ********,** which is only 10 minutes away from me and they have room to store the car at their house. The towing bill was $516. I’m now stuck with a car that doesn’t drive. I tried to call the guy back but he blocked my number. And blocked me on Facebook.
