  Excellent communicationI am not one to leave a review! My first experience at this dealership will definitely bring me back. This is a family owned business that has been around for many years. Excellent communication. Great service, very professional. Highly recommended. I had ***** from sales he was very friendly, professional and helpful. ***** from the finance team was very patient, professional and gave me many options. Thank you so much! I LOVE my Jeep!

  A-H Ride N Pride AKRON pushy sales tactics and then proceeds to call me a liar. Salesman (if you want to call it that) says he told me about a separate warranty option yet I knew nothing about the cost of it or what it covered until today. He wanted me to sign papers before I even test drove the car. I didn’t know that a separate warranty was even an option until today. I called them in response to a review I left on google last week. I never received a call back from them last week or the time before. They say they want to work with you, but it seems like they’ll work with you until paperwork is signed then it’s up to you to figure it out. I wasn’t told about a service fee that was charged to the down payment until I seen it in my account, which was part of the reason of my initial call 2 weeks ago. Again he swears that I was told about it, yet the paper I signed stated a set amount to handle the down payment and never stated about a service charge nor have I ever had to pay a service charge for a down payment on a vehicle purchase. No apology for the lack of response when I was told that I would get a call back. No apology for now dealing with a car that is going to need major repairs so soon after purchase (mind you it’s been barely a month), no offering to rectify the issue aside from the after the fact info about a warranty other than well you can pay xyz, to buy a warranty now. While initially I appreciated that they were able to work with me to help out in a tough situation, I’m beginning to wonder if the price was worth it due to the lack of service they seem to be willing to offer. At first I was leaning to say it was an overall positive experience with the buying process aside from the few hiccups but now the negatives are starting to really outweigh the positives. As someone who’s worked decades in both sales and customer service I really hope that they are willing or able to start making changes about how things are handled.

  Im not one to leave reviews so Ill keep it short. Stay away from these people. They have lied from the very beginning and I went against my gut. If youre out of state, ***** will be your guy. Hes another *****. Essentially they make false promises and do illegal activity. My tags and title were never transferred so I have a vehicle now that I cant drive. As this review is being written, I am in the process of suing them. I will be the one who shuts this place down once and for all. This business will not exist when Im done with them. Its not about the money now. Its about good people being screwed and I am here to stop them for good. Ill keep you all posted as this progresses. See ya in court ***** ****************************

  Who has reached out? The financial institution? I reached out to them yesterday and today and they said they did not have the title and referred me back to the dealership. While I understand your need to defend yourself, at this present time, I am paying for a vehicle that I cant drive due to your inability to deliver proper service to me, the customer. I have no tags on a truck that I purchased in February. So I am assuming you find it satisfactory or appropriate for me to have a truck (for which I am making payments) just sitting in the driveway that cant be driven? We should not even be at this point, yet here we are and youre actually defending this? Ive shown great patience, and Im not going away until this is made right.

  They refused to give me my money back as contracted stated and they have been sending different towing companies to come steal my car without giving me my money back. They owner is deceptive has lied to attorney General and has been giving false statements all the while I have been shot 4 times in the chest and they tried to steal it again without returning my money very deceptive company.

  I called and talked to this place about getting a car I wanted something awd because of my drive to work everyday. when I got there they had a 2017 jeep Cherokee with ****** miles ***** I test drove it and it was fine. when I was signing papers I notice it was fwd I told them I wanted 4wd or awd he said it is awd they don't always mark them. I got vehicle home and 2 hrs later went to show my son. 7 miles away. the car started shaking, check engine came on and thought it was going to quit running. the next morning talked to finance company who told me to take it back they will not finance car. I also traded 2012 focus with ****** miles. which they lowballed me gave me 500. I called them told them I was returning car. when I got there they asked me if they give me warranty for 1 yr and fix vehicle would I change mind I said no give me my focus I am going elsewhere. he gave me title told me tow company would call me which never did. received rude phone calls from all 3 locations telling me I have 10 days to obtain financing and I need to come pick up vehicle. I am 61 and these guys are crooks and lie to get a deal they need stopped this happened 4/7/23 they still have not returned car. they is a whole lot more but not enough words allowed. the minute they gave me title should have voided anything I signed. I have also called ********* General to investigate. what can they do a car with no title sound illegal to me

  I was happy that they got me the loan for the car but as far as there as a business they **** my car had a check engine light on before I got home called soon as I get home they tell me to take to there mechanic to get it put on computer so did and it was the **** so I was told to go back 2 more times to get it fixed the mechanic never knew I was coming either time so I tell them I'm taking them to court if it doesn't get fixed so the send me to another guy to fix it well then it took 3 more weeks and me wasting a weeks worth vacation and having to get a rental car for 2 days and it was fixed but the *********** won't answer his phone so he texted me and said he was keeping my car until he got paid so all in all I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone very unprofessional and liars I give them a 0 out 5 stars worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle

  Last month I bought a 2009 ******** ********* * from this place. I did an online purchase so did not see the car upfront, but got a good detailed walk around with pictures. In that, I saw the soft top needed fixed. They said they would do that and I agreed to purchase. When I picked up the car from Service in *********, I started driving home...realized the soft top was still broken in several places, the front wheels shimmied at 55mph, the steering wheel was 1/4 turn out, the traction control lights were on, the check engine light was on. I emailed the company and got no response at all. None. I replaced the soft top with a hard too, got new wheels and tires. The car has 5 trouble codes and will not pass emissions. I even had to patch the exhaust as it was completely broken at the collector. In ****, it is illegal to retail a car that will not pass emissions. So the company is violating the law and will not even respond to me. At this point, based on the work on the soft top, I don't want them touching the car, but feel they should do something to make this right. They didn't even so much as vacuum this thing let alone do any of the mechanical things needed to sell this car. My mistake I guess for buying online...but this is the way of the world these days, and when we did it with my fiancee's jeep ..it went perfect. I love this jeep ...but at this point have already sank a lot into fixing what they should have fixed...and probably have a $1000 left to get it where it needs to be. I wouldn't recommend this business to my worst enemy at this point. They took advantage of the online process and took advantage of me. And they can't say they didn't know ..as someone drove this from Bedford to their service department in *********. They knew. And the fact they won't respond to me tells me all I need to know.Today I went to get plates..it has not recently been e checked so I got another 30 day tag and am on the hook for the repair.
