    I took my truck in middle of July because I was having an issue with my transmission. They replaced the Internet or wiring harness for the transmission control modular. I was told they wouldnt be messing with anything else month and a half later. I finally got the new transmission control modular I dropped it off, they reprogrammed the new TCM called me a couple weeks later said it was done. They told me that my truck was in engine reduced power mode. They didnt want to mess with my truck anymore so I paid the bill picked my truck up on August 1 of 2023 I was told that they werent gonna be messing with anything else on my truck. Once I got the truck home, I took it to the ***** dealership where I paid $400 for new fuel filter and diagnostics the engine power reduce mode was still on. Come to find out that they mess with my engine control modular. They flash that back to stock I was unable to drive my truck. I had to spend $425 to get my truck re-tuned because they flash my ECM when they told me they were not messing with anything else on the truck except for the **** Also, everything was working on my truck when I dropped it off besides the transmission not only did I have to pay to get my truck re-tuned but now Im going to have to take my truck back in because the four-wheel-drive system is not working.

    The business stated the vehicle was brought in already in that mode. The consumer made the business aware of this and also stated that they did not want the business to look into it. The consumer tried to do the work before coming to the business, which may have made his problem worse. The business did not hear from the consumer after returning the vehicle. Only the *** and wiring internal was completed by the business and the consumer brought in their own parts. The consumer is welcome to contact the business directly. It sounds like the *** had aftermarket tuning.
