      On Friday May 26, 2023 , 2 Next 2 New Appliance ( **** ***** ** ****** ** *****) Drivers dropped off a refrigerator at our rental house at *** ******* ******, *****. Upon leaving and backing up, their truck hit our other rental house, *** ******* that sits in front of ***. Damage is quite extensive to the gutter, downspout and shingles, gutter and downspout was ripped off, drivers left the scene. There were a few witnesses, one called ***** Police, filed report number -************ Officers ******* and ******. Multiple calls were placed to the company and owner *****?? not sure if this is true - said he would send someone out, my husband waited 2 hours for a no-show. I called back on Thursday June 01 and was told a repair man would come out. We received a call from our tenants that a person did come out, he was on a bicycle, had no tools, and tried to put all the damaged parts back up and the photos show a disaster and that he did more harm. A call to the company again on June 02 got nowhere and we were told they could care a less and won't do anything else. We would like for the BBB to contact them on our behalf to rectify this situation. They can either pay for the damages or get a qualified contractor our to fix it properly

      I purchased some appliances from this company and first off, they were late on delivery giving all sorts of excuses. When they finally arrived, one of the appliances (stove) was the wrong one. I tried to get them to deliver this item but they’ve refused and want me to part away with $900.

      On 9/20/22 I was trying to purchase a refrigerator for my in-laws via phone. I was told I had to put down a $100 deposit to reserve the refrigerator, so I sent it through the cash app to: ************* on above date. They were supposed to send me pictures and how much the delivery would cost on top of the remaining $250 for the refrigerator. I tried calling for 1 week and got no response. Then I got a hold of the person that said they were the owner and he was very rude and said he would send me the pictures within an hour. I then got a hold of **** @ ************ and she said she would send me the pictures and price and I never received them. I asked for my money back and to date I have not received it!! I want my money back please. Thank you

      On August 13, 2022 at 2:45pm my grandmother brought a washer and dryer from the company A Nex 2 New Appliances LLC at **** ***** ****** ***** **** ******  She pay for it on Saturday August 13, 2022 at 2:45pm, gave us a receipt with a 90 day warranty. Then the company gave us a delivery date of Monday August 15, 2022. Which they didn't deliver the washer and dryer until August 16, 2022 the next day Tuesday. Due to one of there employees being in the hospital from getting injured on the job. After a few weeks of her having it, I first called the company on August 23, 2022 explaining to the company what was going on and if they could send a technician out to look it. Spoke to a young lady who answer the phone and told me "she was going to pass my message on to the technician and have him call us back". After a week and three days I called the company again on September 2, 2022. Checking up on when the technician was coming out to look at the washer and dryer. I then again got the same message. Still not hearing back from the company. After three weeks gone buy with the washer not turning on and the dryer not drying, I called again on Sunday September 18th and Monday 19th not getting a response from the company at all. I called Tuesday private on September 20th finally the owner of the company answered the phone. Told him what was going on, explain to him that we have been called for weeks now. Getting the same response, and not hearing back from no one. The owner guy started mumbling or talking to someone else at the store, took down my information for the third time and told me he was going to called me back. As of today Thursday September 22, 2022, I still haven't heard back from the company. My grandmother is 86 years old and she feel like she has been taken advantage of cause of her age. On top of not being able to use her washer or dryer for over a month now. She doesn't understand how she has a 90 day warranty on the washer and dryer and still not working.

      On Sat. March 12,2022 at 8:30 pm a crew from Nex 2 New Appliances from ****************** was delivering a refrigerator to the apartment next to our house. While taking refrigerator they came on to our property and the refrigerator slid off the dolly and into the side of our house. It hit so hard it knocked pictures off our wall in the house and put a hole in our siding on the outside. The crew never came over to tell us about what they did. They just took off as did our neighbor. So my husband called the police and talked to Officer ******* He took pictures and wrote down what had happened but nobody was at the neighbors so he couldn't talk to her. So I called Monday and talked to the receptionist at the company and she said the manager would call me. He did call and I explained what happened and he said okay and he would take care of it. We had estimates done and had siding repaired for the cost of $250. I called the manager back and let him know but he never got back to me about taking care of this. Numerous times I have called and he said he was busy and would call me back. today I called again (4/13/2022) and he said he was with a customer and would return my call in five minutes. It has been hours. But before he could hang up I asked his name and he said ****************** No one there will give me the owners name or number. They just say they will leave him a message and he will get back with me. We have never heard from him. We are getting nowhere with this and we went easy on this. Our siding no longer has a hole but it doesn't match our other siding.

      I went to purchase a washer and dryer on March 16,2022 and paid $1000 it was delivered on March 19 but it didn’t fit. The owner was making jokes so I decided to go to the establishment. He asked did I want to look at something else and I told him no I just wanted my money back. He told me he usually does not do refunds but he will give me my money back. He asked what my card number was and said ok I’m refunding it now. He flashed the phone and said 7-10 days it has been at least 10. I called a couple days ago and he said he would text me a screenshot of him refunding but never did. This is holding me back from finding another washer and dryer. I’m a single mom and I just need my money back

      I purchased a used ******* refrigerator about 9/18/21 for a total price of $*** which included a four month warranty and delivery On 10/***2021 notified the owner **** the freezer started to making wiered noise said he would send a repairman 10/18/21-10/21 multiple phone calls and texts regarding sending repairman 10/** repairman replaced sensors i told **** if this is expensive to repair just give me a refund he said there are no refunds 11/* notified owner **** ice maker quit working he said that ice maker is not covered by warranty 11/** notified **** freezer again as before said he would send repairman (11/** * days before Thanksgiving)Between 11/** and 11/** there were probably no less than 100 calls and text messages looking for repairman. On Thanksgiving day the fridge part was making the same type of noise that freezer made **** said it was ice build up. i had to unplug and let thaw. On 11/** he said that ******** an expierenced repairman would be out on 12/*. Owner said he would send a loaner I again asked for a refund he said no. I messaged him for 6 hours trying to get a delirey time for the loaner no response although he was reading my messages. At 5:10 that day he texted me they had tried to deliver loaner and I wasn't home. I had been messaging and waiting for 6 hours and could not get a response so I had no idea when they were coming. 11/** he sent repairman to see if I was home so that they could send a loaner I said never mind it is Tuesday I have waited this long I will wait till Friday rather than having 2 fridges in my kitchen.12/3 ******** very knowledgeable repairman comes explains that there are multiple things wrong with fridge and it will take multiple trips to fix. I called **** he said let me call ********. I again I asked for a refund he said no. Between 12/* and 12/* with no less than 50 calls and texts owner said he replace with something better. 12/* multiple calls and texts no response. As of 12/* have not heard from

      I purchased a 10cft refrigerator and a 2.6 cft stove both considered apartment size. Neither were properly cleaned resulting in over 140 disinfectant wipes and cleaners to be used. Both were sold to be in complete working order. The fridge freezes everything and has ice going down the back wall of fridge and has no drip pan. The broiler part of stove/oven is so layered in baked on food it wont come off. The delivery guys repeatedly told me how shady **** was and how this is how he does business and warned me not to do business with him in future.

      Refurbished refrigerator purchased and delivered 5/18/21. Never worked. Called next day. Sent repairman 5/20. Not fixed. Many documented calls and texts and empty promises. Delivered a replacement on June4. Never got cold enough to use. Much spoiled food and a lot of our time for waiting for promised deliveries and repairs is involved. Please help!
