    Im not giving 1 star because theres not option for 0 stars , this insurance is the nightmare of any customer, I submitted the medical records of my dog and theres been 3 months of waiting time to get an answer an always when I call this people are lying to me saying that someone is already reviewing the case and now after three months are saying that they are missing medical records when they already had them. Dont trust this insurance, dont waste your time and money with them. They just keeping in circle and they are not doing nothing to process my claim, they had all medical records and also asked me for extra information that in your policy is saying that I have to provide. This is scam I called them and avoiding process my claim. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!????

    Send this to your TEAM as in all your responses...your so called insurance is a FRAUD. You pay for nothoing even though it says you are covered. My yearly donations to ASPCA have been shut off. I can no longer support a ***************** like ASPCA PET INSURANCE.

    Im only giving this a one star because I signed up for pet insurance and they neglect to tell you that the basic coverage is what you sign up for and it does not include anything extra except for standard wellness and they dont give you 80% like the insurance quote says they only give you a certain dollar amount fair warning if you sign up for them make sure you get the ultimate package and pay out the **** just so you can get a reimbursement for a spay and neuter because its not covered underneath the basic health insurance

    I had a claim processed on 2/11 and was waiting for reimbursement to be deposited. I called ASPCA on 2/11 to find out the status and was told reimbursement was processed on this date and will be deposited via method of payment on file. I called again today and was told check is in the mail. I would rate "0" if it were possible. *** was unapologetic and unconcerned. I was flat out LIED to...NEVER AGAIN!!!

    Insurance premium increased 50% after one year. So I got online and got a quote for a new policy with an identical animal at the same ZIP Code with a different email address and it was 40% less than what I was currently being billed. Call them revealed nothing and were completely not helpful. Do not purchase insurance from them.

    I have had 2 policies with ASPCA, I finally just cancelled by 2nd policy after being denied claim after claim, even for medications, this policy is just out to make money off of you, and never pays anthing, using slow and delayed processing and tiring you out with paperwork until you finally give up, look elsewhere.

    I have been a customer of ******************************************* for several years and canceled the insurance for my 3 dogs today. When I first got the insurance several years ago, one of my dogs was diagnosed with lymphoma and ASPCA was fabulous. They paid the claims quickly, customer service was awesome and they were a financial life saver. ASPCA is NOT the same company it was before because now they slow walk paying claims, customer service is horrible and submitting claims is a nightmare because the portal and website dont properly work half the time. The payout limits on preventive care is outdated as compared to the current costs of veterinary care.
