On June 12, 2025, the Better Business Bureau (BBB) contacted the business regarding multiple advertising concerns on its website, as well as several unanswered or unresolved customer complaints.
According to the BBB Code of Advertising, the primary responsibility for truthful and non-deceptive advertising lies with the advertiser. Advertisers must be able to substantiate any objective claims before publication and must promptly provide this substantiation upon request to the advertising medium or the BBB.
The business was making multiple claims, including but not limited to, “100% Satisfaction Guaranteed” and “100% Money Back Guarantee.” A majority of the unresolved customer complaints were related to these guarantees.
As of June 23, 2025, the business responded to all previously unanswered or unresolved complaints, addressing concerns related to a pattern of complaints and the advertising issues. However, some of the advertising claims have not yet been substantiated, modified, or removed.
As of June 30, 2025, the BBB has not received any additional responses from the business. The BBB will continue to monitor the situation.
