I purchased a travel mug in April 2025. Since then I have seen a recurring charge of ***** to ***** every month and I did not authorize nor did I sign up for a Subscription. I have attempted to contact the company to HALT the recurring charges immediately and I cannot reach anyone via phone *************). They are committing FRAUD and I want the charges to stop immediately and to be refunded for the amounts they have taken from me in May, June and July. It took a while to track down the first payment to Survival Constitution, which I now find was the purchase of a Trump t-shirt. I was charged $9.95 on November 12, 2024.
I discovered a charge for $57.00 was then made on November 26 by Survival Constitution and thereafter the same amount of $57 on 12/24, 01/25, 02/24, 03/26, 04/25, 05/25, and 06/20.
Once I began reading all the complaints for this company, I found many with the same “unauthorized” charge of $57 each month for an unknown subscription for which a value is never received. Perhaps there was a “fine print” free trial and subsequent monthly subscription, but it was obviously so obscure that the average consumer misses it.
I am furious about what has occurred on my credit card, and attempts to contact the company have been fruitless. They know what they’re doing and just evade the laws and consumers! They have robbed me of $456, and know how to put the responsibility of their fraudulent action squarely on me!
How can I stop any future actions from them, and how do I recoup any funds?Customer Answer

If they are referring to the most recent charge of $57, I received a refund of that amount once I disputed it with CitiBank. But there have been 7 previous charges.
According to their policy 60 days worth of refunds may be refunded. Therefore, I would agree to a refund of a 2nd $57 charge be made PLUS an acknowledgment that no further charges will be made. In addition, I want an acknowledgement that my account, including credit card information will be deleted from their records. Once this is done, I will agree to a satisfactory conclusion of this dispute.

I am rejecting this response because they have pulled over $300 from my account without my permission. What is the supposed subscription for? I received no products or email notifications of these charges 6 months in a row.

"The transactions in question were ***e on your BMO debit card. This is a recurring charge that has been debiting your account monthly since February 5, 2025. Since you stated that you did not authorize the charge in question. I did proceed with closing your debit card. Protecting our customers' account information is our top priority. Canceling your debit card helps limit the chances of additional fraudulent activity on your account."

This reply is informative, but not applicable to me. Yes, I ordered a t-shirt for my father and didn't get a receipt or anything at all from National Self Reliance Initiative. I was curious if I lost the $25 for the t-shirt and then a month later my dad did receive it. I had no other indication of receipt of payment or login details for some subscribed benefit. I was in the dark that I was still doing business with the t-shirt provider. I still would like rectification for the money stolen from me without my knowledge. On o6-05-2025 i purchased a ****** ***** coffee mug two mugs where sent and i was billed for both. I did not order two mugs nor did i want two mugs. To save my self the headache of trying to return the one mug i kept it and paid the bill.
