              Visited Rose Nails on Monday July 26. My 10 year old daughter and I went for manicures and pedicures. Our services were absolutely horrible. A rushed pedicure which caused me physical pain due to improper technique (not letting my feet soak, the technician then aggressively pulled out my cuticles despite me telling her it hurt). The employees tried to separate my daughter and I so we would sit in two different areas of the salon (which is not safe for a young child). The technician filed my daughters nails too short, which caused her pain. I called the manager and she offered a $30 credit for my next service even thought she admitted to watching the footage and agreed the tech rushed. I refused and ending up writing a negative review about my experience. The manager responded back asking me to call the salon to reconcile. When I called the manager rudely asked me why I was calling her again and she would only provide the 30$ credit if I took my review offline. She was so very rude.

              MOST TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!! I WAS CALLED RACIST AND A B**** ******************* IS A PHYCO! She SAID I WAS COMPLAINING AND I ***** EVEN SAY ANYTHING TO HER I WAS LISTENING TO MUSIC THE WHOLE TIME, NEVER SAID 2 WORDS TO HER THEN THE **** CALL AND SAY IMA F****** LIAR AND F*** ME! *************** *** GRABBED A WEAPON AT ME FOR NO REASON FLICKED ME OFF. THEY NEED HELP LOL ?? THE CUSTOMERS WAS SAYING I DIDNT EVEN SAY ANYTHING I WAS LIKE I KNOW I THINK THEY HEARING STUFF IN THEY HEAD. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN THEY ARE TERRIBLE WORKERS! THEN CALLED THE POLICE FOR NO REASON AT ALL I THINK SHE DO METH SHE ALWAYS LOOK HIGH AND SHE THINK PEOPLE BE TALKING AND NOBODY WAS SMH
